GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

Article 1 – Seller's Identity
The website www.waterplops.com is published by the company SAS MAXVAD , a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of 1,000 euros ,
whose registered office is located at 11 rue Tronchet, 75008 Paris, France ,
registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 942 148 073 .

Article 2 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales of products made on the website www.waterplops.com to individual consumers (hereinafter "the Client").
Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the Customer.
Article 3 – Products
The products offered for sale are Waterplops swimming goggles and accessories.
The essential characteristics of the products are described on each product sheet.
Photographs and visuals are non-contractual and cannot be held to be binding on the Seller.
Article 4 – Price
Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges.
The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being specified that the applicable price is that in effect at the time of the order.
Article 5 – Order
The customer places their order directly on the website www.waterplops.com .
All orders imply acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute with the Customer or suspicion of fraud.
Article 6 – Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
The accepted payment methods are those offered on the site at the time of ordering (bank card, secure payment solutions).
Transactions are secured through certified payment providers.
Article 7 – Delivery
The products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order.
Delivery times are given as a guide and may vary depending on the destination.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
The risks associated with transport are transferred to the Customer upon receipt of the products.
Article 8 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, complete and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned products.
Article 9 – Returns and Refunds
In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, the Customer is invited to contact customer service at the following address: contact@waterplops.com .
After verification, the product may be exchanged or refunded in accordance with legal provisions.
Article 10 – Legal Guarantee
The products benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects provided for in Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code and 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.
Article 11 – Liability
The Seller shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products sold.
The Seller's liability is in any event limited to the amount of the order.
Article 12 – Personal Data
The personal data collected is necessary for order processing and customer relationship management.
In accordance with the GDPR, the Client has the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data.
Article 13 – Intellectual Property
All elements of the website www.waterplops.com (texts, images, logos, design, products) are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the exclusive property of SAS MAXVAD.
Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
Article 14 – Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
Failing that, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
